Error while creating Object Storage and sample notebook

Hello,
1) As someone mentioned earlier I am getting the similar error while creating the "free" object storage.
I tried following the steps mentioned in http://sparkathon.devpost.com/updates/4397-object-storage-now-available-rules-update.
Please note that I do not get "free" option for the "Space" dropdown while creating the object storage as mentioned in the article. Instead I see "free" as one of the option for "Select Plan for Object Storage" dropdown.

2) Also while creating a sample notebook I receive this error -
Log ID: N1sGFfyEe
Error code: CDSX.N.4004.

I had created Apache Spark service a month ago when the hackathon was launched, if this information matters here.

    I’m very sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Object Storage. Can you please email support@bluemix.net to report the issue?

    Please include your Bluemix ID (the email you use to sign in) and a description and/or screenshots of the issue.

    However upon sending the email to support@bluemix.net, the response received says "Your email does not seem to reference an existing ticket number on the subject line, therefore a response is not guaranteed and priority will be given to tickets from Clients who have purchased standard support. A new ticket number has been allocated to track your request, and appears at the top of this email."

    I hope they address the issue as soon as they can.
